So chocolatey, so satisfying and SO easy!
Honestly if there wasn’t a little human already asleep in the house right now I would make some up!
All you need to do is whizz up together in a blender:
1 cup nut butter of choice (almond, cashew, peanut)
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup pure maple syrup
1/4 cup raw cacao or Dutch cocoa
Dollop it all onto a plate (yes you could make it really lovely by doubling the mixture and then spreading it into a lined 20cm round cake pan BUT it’s still gonna taste just as delicious)
Freeze away until almost firm, about 1 hour. Check by sticking your finger in after 40 minutes to see though (good excuse for a taste test really).
Top with fresh berries of choice AND devour.
This could last you a couple of months in the freezer, but let’s face it..probably about a week before it’s all gone!
