In winter everything tastes better roasted!

Check out these sweet little heirloom carrots.

A bit of macadamia oil, some pink sea salt & a good roasting at 200C for 25 minutes & they are transformed!

Leave the skins & little tips on as they become SUPER crispy & crunchy once baked which adds a whole other taste sensation in your mouth.

Trust me.

My other total obsession is roasted cauliflower - oh me oh my - that rocks my world! But that's a whole other story...
